Frame Warranty
All our frames come with a two year warranty
If the frame cannot be fixed, it will be replaced free of charge
This warranty covers defects within reason. Does not cover lost or stolen frames, or if your furry friends use it as their chew toy
90-Day Guarantee
Prescription seem off? Within 90 days we will remake the lenses for free if the Dr. updates your prescription
Don’t like the frame as much as you did when you tried it on? Within 90 days we can swap frames and remake lenses for the new frame. No cost to you!
Simply put, if you are not happy with your glasses we will try everything we can do to help you feel satisfied!
Lens Warranty
Every order comes with at least a one year one time scratch warranty (except CR-39)
Scratch coatings and Anti-Glare coatings can be added to increase the warranty up to two years, unlimited remakes
Different insurance labs have different warranties, varying from 1-2 year warranties
